Named for its location on iconic Collins Avenue, anyone who remembers the name of the restaurant will never forget where to find it. The dining room within 1826 (check out the machine-gun lamp shade) is headed by Michelin-star Chef Danny Grant, who put together a menu of fresh vegetable dishes, steaks, lamb, short rib and fish.
