Towering above downtown Miami in a swirl of steel ribbons, One Thousand Museum has made quite an entrance.
The 62-floor residential tower, a first for the late Pritzker Architecture Prize-winning Zaha Hadid in the United States, is easily recognizable even among architectural standouts like the Pérez Art Museum Miami and the Frost Museum of Science.
“One Thousand Museum is Zaha Hadid’s embodiment of the Magic City’s bold and vibrant flair,” says co-developer Louis Birdman. “The building has been extremely well received by not only buyers, but also locals and visitors who recognize the striking exoskeleton amongst the skyline.”
Each floor is home to just one or two residences, including six stunning turnkey residences outfitted by Artefacto, B&B Italia, Roche Bobois, Luxury Living Group and Meridiani.
One Thousand Museum also boasts a two-level indoor-outdoor spa that opens onto a terrace, an indoor pool, event space, a private rooftop helipad, a multimedia theater and an on-premise bank vault.
Says Birdman, “We are honored to deliver an architectural masterpiece by one of the world’s leading talents.”
